30 Years of Passion, Precision, and Family Pride
Custom Paints and Panels, cars aren’t just work—they’re in our blood.
We’re a proudly local, family-owned and operated workshop built on a foundation of hard work, honest advice, and unbeatable trade experience. Led by Scott, who brings over 30 years of hands-on expertise as a master panel beater and spray
painter, our team combines traditional craftsmanship with the latest repair and customisation techniques.
Whether you need to get your daily driver back on the road after an accident, restore a cherished classic car, or bring a bold custom build to life, we treat every vehicle that enters our shop as if it were our own.
Master Craftsmanship: Beyond the Automotive World
When we say custom, we mean it. Scott’s skill with a spray gun and panel hammer goes far beyond standard auto body repairs. Over his three decades in the industry, his reputation for precision paintwork has led to some remarkable, high-profile specialty projects.
Scott’s expert work can be seen in places you might not expect:
● Crown Casino: Custom-painted bowling pins for high-end entertainment venues.
● Iconic Landmarks: Specialist paint application on a pedestrian bridge over the Yarra River.
● Commercial Design: Striking, custom-painted commercial shopfronts across Victoria.
From high-end show cars and marine spray painting to large-scale custom industrial projects, if it can be painted or fabricated, Scott and the team have the expertise to make it pop.
Our Core Value: Quality Without Compromise
We know how frustrating it is dealing with poor-quality repairs or workshops that cut corners. That’s why we started KOS—to offer local drivers, car enthusiasts, and fleet owners a genuine alternative where quality comes first.
● Family Values: You deal directly with a family business that cares about your satisfaction and safety.
● 30+ Years Experience: Backed by decades of real-world knowledge in smash repairs, fabrication, and custom paint.
● All-In-One Service: From minor mechanical servicing and detailing to major restorations and fleet maintenance, we handle it all under one roof.
